All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground® and/or UPS Ground®. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship (Although, we usually get it shipped out much sooner). You will receive tracking information at the time order ships.

Barriers

Dig Defence® is a fencing accessory made of 4 gauge steel. It is intended to be installed into the ground to repair a hole or prevent unwanted digging. Before purchase please be sure that this product will be able to be installed, ie. (no solid rock or poured concrete at the preferred area). Returns are available with a 15% restocking fee and return shipment at your cost, only after an inspection will there be a determination for refund. Returns need to be approved and received within 30 days after initial purchase.

Treats

Please note that our premium dog treats are non-returnable due to the potential safety risks associated with its ingestible nature. However, in the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we understand the importance of ensuring your satisfaction. Therefore, we are committed to addressing any issues promptly. You may request a refund or replacement for the damaged or defective product. Your pet's safety and your satisfaction are our top priorities, and we strive to provide you with the best possible service.
